Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

El apartamento completamente amoblado con WiFi y Cable, para disfrutar de una hermosa estadía en la ciudad! El edificio cuenta con sector parrillas en la terraza, hermosa piscina al aire libre y laundry. Barrio de ubicación privilegiada, con acceso muy cercano a medios de transportes. El pintoresco Boulevard Caseros es un sitio de gran valor histórico y el nuevo polo gastronómico de San Telmo. El barrio ofrece arquitectura de época, varios restaurantes, cerveceras, anticuarios, museos. El parque Lezama está a pocos metros del departamento. A pocos minutos de Puerto Madero. ubicación excelente con servicio de varias lineas de colectivos, a 10 minutos caminando de la Estación de trenes y subte Constitución, a 4 cuadras de la Avda 9 de Julio y a pocas cuadras de Puerto Madero. Se puede caminar tranquilamente hacia cualquiera de estos puntos.

It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace with a BBQ at one end and a romantic hot tub at the other. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

Om Shanti is situated on the calm and peaceful Delta in Tigre.Here you can either enjoy beautiful natural scenery or take a tour round the entire city.The rustic cabin is nearby the city center so you can find easily the river coast, and get a taste of this fantastic city´s atmosphere.You Will find a Paseo Victoria which it's another place to visit.There are excellent shopping facilities, a fascinating museum and plenty of activities to do. Om shanti is well worth a visit at any time of the year

This is a bright, spacious, stylish and safe apartment suitable for 4 guest in Palermo Green, considered one of the trendiest hot spots of Buenos Aires. Excellent site with high speed internet, ideal to work from home if you need to. It is superbly located at just one block away from Santa Fe Street and around the corner from “Distrito Arcos Shopping Mall” with several restaurants, coffee shops, design shops and night clubs near the area. Lovely and amazing option with a great location!

Amazing LOFT located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. The building, "Los Silos de Dorrego",is a refurbished ex grain factory from 1920, surrounded with a huge garden full of ancient trees. The complex has this green space to enjoy, with a large (heated) swimming-pool. Also has a gym, dry sauna and a restaurant & bar only for residents. The loft is super unique and stylish. With a cool taste in every detail. double high and tall walls with huge windows, both with views to the pool and garden.

This amazing 27th Floor, two storey, luxury 2-bedroom sunrise and river view Loft in the distinctive Palermo Uno high-rise apartment building will dazzle you with style and light. Check in: 14PM & Check out 11AM. Booking the apt. from the previous day allowed to check in as early 8AM. Check in between Midnight and 8AM is NOT possible also if you have booked from the previous days. Any doubts about arrival let us know before you book. If needed we can store your luggage after 9AM.
