All rooms got ACs & wifi. We got cable TV connection, Netflix & Spotify subscriptions. We are inside a very quiet & peaceful subdivision, 25 mins away from the airport, 10 mins away from the city centre. It has superb views of the bay & hills from the balcony & Mt. Mayon from the upper rooftop. You'll be surrounded by gardens & beautiful, some scented, flowers. Welcome the sunrise on our balcony & chill out with sundowner on our rooftop while admiring the sunset hues & the lights along the bay.

Located 15 minutes away from Sorsogon's best destinations such as Surf Camp, Bulusan Lake, Balay Buhay sa Uma, Barcelona Ruins etc... My place is great for families, big groups, and people looking for a WFH getaway. The people around the area are very hospitable and will make you feel like you are a part of the community. *Guests must be fully vaccinated.

Spillovers may be accommodated on 5 foldable beds w/ mattress in the living areas. Main bathroom on the 1st floor & a secondary bathrm at ground level. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bathrooms. Pathway from main road is narrow, best for cars. Vans can pass, wiith caution.
