Infant Friendly: Pack & Play Crib. High-Chair, and other baby bits! These are all Located in the Closet of the Back Bedroom.
On the Ground Floor There is a Sunny Living Room and Dining Area. This opens up to a Patio Area with Access to the Enclosed Garden with Grill and Dinning Area. Just off the Dinning Area is a Fully Kitted-Out Kitchen with everything you would need to cook a Gourmet Meal.

You will be staying in one Townhouse of a Duplex. I live in the second unit, so I am easy to get a hold of, if you should require anything at al during your stay. The Townhouse is not someone’s home but is solely used as an AirBnb rental. We are constantly upgrading and replacing items to ensure you have a quality experience. The Townhouse was Completely remodeled, 2 years ago, modern 2 story 2 bedroom one bath, Palm Springs maximalism style townhouse in a historic district ( you will be surrounded by mid-19th Century and early 20th Century residential architecture) on the West side of Downtown Santa Rosa, you will be just minutes from shopping, coffee and dining; there is a mix of American, French, Italian, Thai. The neighborhood is very walkable and is just doors away from cycling trails that will take you to some of the best cycling in the U.S, and almost all the way to the Pacific Ocean!
Note, there is no whole-house AC
Since you are renting the entire townhouse you will have use of the fully kitted out kitchen, with electric stove, washer/ dryer. Toaster and microwave ovens. The space totals 1000 square feet has 2 bedrooms and a 3/4 bath; a walk-in shower, there is no tub. There is room for 4 to sleep in two queen beds, beds are new! There is a standard sofa in the living room , that other guests have used to sleep a fifth. There are plenty of extra linens.
There is a Pack & Play crib, with mattress, that you’re more than welcome to use but you must supply your own linens. Please be sure to knockdown and place the crib in it’s carrying case. Thank you in advance.

There are two flat screen TVs with Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix, Showtime, and HBONOW. The living room television has a CD player attached. I have about a 100 CD movie collection; they are a mix of fairly standard blockbusters and family oriented movies. There are 250 books you are more than welcome to read. If you start something and it grabs your fancy, please let me know. I’m not tied to keeping any of them.
I also like to keep an environmentally conscious home, all of the cleaners and soaps you will find in the unit, are environmentally safe, I ask that you respect this and future guests when bringing or purchasing your own products.
There are one off-street parking spaces that will accommodate one compacts, There is plentiful & safe off-street parking.

I will message you, the your unique self-checkin code, a few days before your arrival. The key safe, is attached to the front door. It is a series of tumblers that need to be aligned and then a button is pressed to open the door. It is imperative that you scramble the tumblers after you’ve removed the key and closed the door. Not scrambling the tumblers leaves the entry code viewable to any passerby and compromises access security. Please take the few seconds necessary to adequately secure the key safe. Thank you. 1 key is provided to the reservation holder at time of checkin. There are 2 additional keys on lanyards just inside behind the front door.
Late Checkouts
Late checkouts can be accommodated; if scheduling allows. I understand that things happen and that folks can run late checking out. If you know you will be late please let me know. Thank you in advance.
We can work with you if you need an early checkin but can’t always accommodate your request if we have prior guests. We need to ensure we have time to clean and restock the Townhouse. If you’re sure you will need extra time before 4 pm, please consider booking an additional day, to allow yourself the time you will need. I do my best to accommodate and help you have an enjoyable stress free stay, but sometimes there simply isn’t enough time. Thank you for your understanding!

Say hello to the friendly neighbors, who will guide you to the Sunday farmers' market. Pick up staples at the store just half a block away. From this setting in a historic district west of downtown, walk and cycle to shops, cafes, and restaurants. Do get out and walk you can walk to just about everything you might require during a typical day. Do grab one of the umbrellas in the umbrella stand if it's a rainy day.

Yes, we are near the main public transfer station for the North Bay; which serves Golden Gate transit and Sonoma county's regional bus system. The property is located a block from the new light rail system’s main Santa Rosa Station it will run from Corte Madera; where you can catch a ferry to San Francisco to Cloverdale in the far North bay. Downtown Santa Rosa, Santa Rosa Plaza, and the Museums of Sonoma County are a 10 minute walk away, There are many great Uber and Lyft drivers. In the area.
I am in a historic district, the old Italian working class neighborhood, called The West End. There are walking tours, highlighting the history of the area, and aFarmer's market on Sundays is just a few blocks. There is a cluster of brochures & tourist info on the coffee table.
Home office, with free internet, desk and wireless printer, Roku, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix and Showtime on two flat screen TVs.
My cleaning fee is a little higher than average around this area as I’m committed to paying my self-employed housekeeper a local Living Wage. I hope you support me in this commitment.
The Townhouse doesn’t have air conditioning which is a rare amenity in Northern California, as it doesn’t tend to get very hot, but when it does, it cools off quickly in the evening and we open all our windows. The property has ceiling fans in each bedroom. There is also a variety of floor fans you can move around.
We use the 20” Box Fan set in the patio door at night. We turn ours on high and just let it run all night.
Then we close up the house in the morning on warm days, don’t leave windows open, close them to keep the heat out.
Also please let me know if you’re bringing a pet dog, limit 1 unless prior approval is given. (limited to under 20lbs.)
