ONLY REGISTERED OVERNIGHT GUESTS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY UNLESS YOU PREAPPROVE AND PAY FOR EXTRAS, up to 10 for 3-4 hours allowed for $100. MAXIMUM FOR OVERNIGHT IS 10. SORRY NO PETS, NO WEDDINGS, NO groups of 20-30 yr olds.

Have you ever wanted to try tiny living? This unique place has a style all its own. It has been newly renovated with everything brand new! It is clean, cozy, and tidy. My favorite is the coffee & tea station, complete with a Nespresso machine, pour over, French press, kettle, grinder, coffee, and tea! This tiny apartment is a short walk to downtown Owosso where you can relax at a sports bar, work out, shop, see a movie, grab a fresh baked bagel, or get the best cup of coffee around!
