This is my vacation home and I'm renting it out with the intention to know more friends and provide travelers with reasonable priced accommodation at strategic location. I'm in KL most of the time, you are welcome to let me know if you feel like to have a chat over a cup of coffee at the Jamaica Blue cafe by the entrance road.
The flat is on the 41st floor of a high-rise in the Bukit Bintang district. It’s steps away from upscale restaurants, high-end boutiques, and lively cocktail bars. Events at Stadium Merdeka and Chin Woo Stadium are a 5-minute walk away.

- This is a green building and Airbnb friendly apartment. It would be helpful would the guests switch off the AC and lights every time when they're leaving the place.
- Airport transfer available, normally is RM120-150 for 5-8 seated car, good for group with some luggage.
- Day-trip within KL, outstation to Genting, Melaka, Johor etc available, please inquire about the price and availability, the price is inclusive of car, driver, fuel and road toll charges.
- Car Rental recommendation available, cheapest is RM120/day for a 5 seated car.
- Daily cleaning can be arranged, at RM70/cleaning (The house is cleaned & prepared upon guest's arrival, towel linen & all bathroom essentials provided).
- Early Check In / Late Check Out can be arrange at RM20/hour (Subject to availability). Standard check in time is 3pm onward, check out time is before 12noon.
- 24 hours check in available, for check in between 12AM-7AM Midnight time, RM50 special mid night check in fees applicable, free for booking of 4 nights and longer.
- Bed is set based on number of pax stated in booking confirmation, if each person require own bed, please add extra pax in booking confirmation and notify us in advance. (eg: for normal 2pax booking, 1x double bed will be set, but if the 2pax require their own bed, please select as 3pax in booking confirmation).
