O apartamento está situado no centro de Mindelo, no prédio da clínica médica da Urgimed no último piso com a vantagem de ter um terraço privado com churrasqueira e pérgola. O apartamento está totalmente equipado (frigorifico, fogão, micro-ondas, etc.) estando os quartos (3) também completamente equipados com 2 WC. Está muito bem situado - em frente ao Comando da Policia e da Casa do Presidente. Tem supermercado e talho em frente. Está a 5 minutos a pé da praia da Laginha. A zona é calma.
