Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

The studio has been recently renovated and sits back from the road on a quiet street and within walking distance of local amenities. Shopping centre and nearest supermarket are only 10 minutes walk and the city center is a pleasant walk 20 minutes away. Excellent touring base for many of Perthshire's beautiful sites and activities. The property can accommodate up to 4 guest and has ample off road parking for 3 vehicles.
