This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This unit is located in a very secure and quiet neighborhood. It has stunning ocean views and lush vegetation around it. Though it is located in a secluded area, it is only an 8-minute drive to downtown Garapan. This unit also has a fully functioning kitchen with full size refrigerator, a dining nook and a very modern bathroom. The property also comes with a saltwater infinity pool and a private covered patio for viewing amazing sunsets.

Enjoy your stay on Tinian in this private residential located on a large farm lot that is family-friendly. Home is spacious complete with two bedrooms, a bathroom, open kitchen, living room and dining. Some nice features include the outside kitchen, outside toilet with sink, two car-port garage, front yard patio, and a large yard. Area is safe for kids and families to enjoy some time outside. Host is open and flexible to requests/accommodations.
