The master bedroom features a quality orthopaedic bed, while the spacious lounge features a sofa bed and heatpump. The Barnloft has a seperate bathroom and kitchenette . We have an enclosed trampoline, two cats, 1 dog & 3 hens. We are located close to supermarket, parks and takeaways only 7 min of Tauranga CBD & handy to all express ways, 15 min to the Mount.

This 2 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 4 people. Absolutely fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Restaurants, ferries, trains, nightclubs, shops, supermarket and Sky City are all just a short walk away. 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and another single bed in the loft. Has a full fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer, wifi, TV, Netflix and a small oven and 2 hot plates to cook but we recommend that guests make the most of all the fantastic restaurants that are so close by.

Enjoy the warm Lockwood style accommodation which has a queen size bed in the main living area and a bedroom with bunks. The open plan offers kitchen with a cook top, microwave and portable oven. A washing machine is available for guests. City centre is 2km and forest mountain bike tracks within 1km. We have a lock-up for your bikes.

Five minutes walk to busy cafes, bars and shops. 75sqm of hideaway in busy area. Two minutes walk to Ocean and harbour beaches. For the next 12 months there will be a construction site next door from Monday to Friday (not weekends). There will be some noise.

A quiet relaxing stay guaranteed. Wayne and Liz welcome you. Cambridge is only a 5 min drive offering great restaurants, cafes and shopping. We are within close proximity to the Avantidrome , Lake Karapiro and Hamilton. Hobbiton and Waitomo Caves are within easy reach too.

The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.
