A kind reminder, the single bedroom is small and has to be accessed through the bigger bedroom. Let us know if this would be an issue for you.

Our beloved home has been renovated and decorated in contemporary style, but still maintaining original features. It's ideal for one family( 2 adults with one child or two children) as the small bedroom is quite small and has to be accessed through the large bedroom.
We hired one of the best contractors in Edinburgh and purchased the most expensive materials. The bathroom and kitchen units and fittings are top brands: Hansgrohe, Blanco, Ideal Standard, Geberit, Crosswater, Grohe.
All the appliances such as washing machine, heat pump condenser dryer, TV, hob, oven and fridge are top brands: Smeg, Samsung. Furniture is well-made and stylish designer solid wooden pieces instead of MDF products. Luxury 22mm premium wooden floor was installed in the living room, bedrooms and hallway. BG Masterplug Brushed Steel Double Switched Socket with USB Outlets were installed everywhere so that you don't need any charger.
The flat is in the best location, only 1 min walk from the famous Royal Mile. As you know, Royal Mile is a very busy street. Luckily, our flat is not as noisy as these ones on the royal mile. However, we believe that a quiet space is essential for our guests so that we spent more than £4000 to install a secondary glazing - Heritage Hinged Units, glazed with 6.4mm acoustic glass, which significantly reduced the noise.
We provide 800 thread count Egyptian cotton and 1000 thread count cotton bed linens. The high quality duvets and pillows are made of 100% goose down or goose down and feather.
Besides supportive top-quality mattress, we prepared 9cm luxury mattress toppers, which our guests said gave them the feeling of "sleeping on a fluffy cloud." :)

The apartment is in a listed building on Blackfriars Street in the conservative area of the historic old town. The Royal Mile is only a 1-minute walk away and Edinburgh’s Waverley train station is a 5-min walk.
