Chalet Glemmerl Mountain Lodge, Saalbach

The freshly built, noble Glemmerl Mountain Lodge made of high-quality natural materials ensures a particularly pleasant living environment in the midst of the idyllic mountains. When designing and furnishing, attention was paid to a feel-good atmosphere - high, open and light-flooded rooms, a warming fireplace and a cozy lounge make hearts beat faster. Through large windows you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the mountains. The chalet has 3 floors and gives you a spacious feeling even with an occupancy of 8 people. In the basement, the wellness area invites you with its own panorama sauna with infrared heaters and a waterfall shower. The accommodation offers space for 4 cars with two underground parking spaces and two outdoor parking spaces. The municipality of Saalbach-Hinterglemm lies at over 1,000 meters above sea level and is equally popular with summer and winter guests and is also known as a hiking and relaxation paradise. In summer you can use the impressively green and mountainous landscape via the extensive network of hiking trails, and the routes for mountain bikes are also very well developed. Das idyllische und gemütliche Chalet liegt ruhig, in wenigen Gehmin. vom Zentrum Fieberbrunns. Hier gibt es neben den alltäglichen Geschäften, wie der Bäckerei und dem gut sortierten Supermarkt, in ca. 5 Gehmin. das Spa der Alten Post oder auch das Aubad. Zum Lift des Skicircus „Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn“ sind es nur 5 Min. mit dem Auto. Im Winter können Sie demnach u.a. Ski fahren, sonst wandern oder biken. Später wärmen sie sich am Kamin und speisen Köstlichkeiten vom Gas-Grill.

Das 200 Jahre alte Bauernhaus, der „Alte Hof“, liegt in absolut Top Lage im ruhigen Ski- & Urlaubs-Ort Brixen im Thale. Es wurde 2016 kernsaniert & sehr komfortabel modernisiert, ohne dabei Urtümlichkeit& Flair dieses Tiroler Bauernhauses zu zerstören. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Ski-Verleih etc. sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. "Autofrei, ich bin dabei" ist hier eine echte Option. Der Skibus hält am Haus (4 Min zur Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental), Gegenüber der Bahnhof (10Min Hahnkammbahn & Kitzbühel)

Unser Chalet befindet sich in ruhiger, idyllischer, sonniger Lage in Kirchberg. Vom Zentrum ca. 6 Minuten Fahrzeit. Das Rustikale dennoch gemütliche „Häuschen“ verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Galerie, sowie ein Heubett, Wellnessraum mit Fitnessgeräten, Skiraum, Abstellraum für Sportequipment. Überdachte Garage sind vorhanden. Eine Terrasse mit Liegefläche und ein herrlicher Ausblick über sämtliche Berge lässt so manche Herzen höher schlagen.
