You have full, private access to your room and en-suite shower room, just like in a hotel. We provide daily servicing between 11am and 3pm, where single use items will be replenished and sheets and towels replaced if necessary. This is a bustling and vibrant part of the town, with no property more central in Canterbury City Centre, with access to trendy restaurants and bars, the Marlowe Theatre, Westgate, Canterbury Cathedral, and high speed rail.
Everything is within walking distance, but taxi ranks, busses and rail are all within just a few minutes on foot should you wish to travel further afield in the beautiful district of Canterbury; including sea-side favourites Whitstable and Herne Bay.

Parking in central Canterbury is limited and we recommend arriving by train. If you are travelling by car, several options are available:
- The nearest public car park is Pound Lane, operated by Canterbury City Council. Cards are accepted and you can even manage your parking online; just search "Canterbury ticketless parking."
- Parking is available at £10 per 24 hour period directly from us at North Lane, Millers Field and St Radigunds car parks (please message for details). Useful for longer stays and for those with mobility issues.
- Free parking is available on nearby residential streets, please message for details.
The Hugo is next door to a pub that has live music on a Thursday until 11pm; this is a city centre location and so Fridays and Saturdays may also be noisy. We have newly fitted, sound-insulating double glazed windows, but if you're a very light sleeper and would like us to provide complimentary earplugs please just ask.
All rooms at The Hugo are serviced daily between 11am and 3pm by our housekeeping team, who will change any bedding and towels as required and replenish toiletries and other items.
