Newly constructed luxury villa in a peaceful private road in Mukam Bazar a few minutes from local shops and 5 minutes drive from Moulivbazar and 15 mins from Sreemangal. The villa is surrounded by private walled and gated garden. There is outdoor mood lighting and a private area at the rear of the property with bbq and outdoor badminton court as well as a sun terrace. The villa has been constructed to Western standards throughout. Please be aware that I WILL NOT reduce the rates any further

Four out of the six bedrooms are fully airconditioned. All the rooms including communal areas are well ventilated and have ceiling fans. * Hot water is only availiable in the 1st floor bathrooms at the moment.
