A bedroom has been added with a double bed and full futon in living room 1 bath w/hot water downstairs and a bath in the open terrace on the 2nd floor accessed outside stairs. The upstairs terrance has a hot tub, hammocks, loungers, a bathroom and a full set of dishes and pans.There is a grill, a hot plate, and a small refrigerator.

This is an ideal spot for nature lovers who want a remote rainforest feel with good internet and road access. It is great for work in Nature for weeks, months or even years! Mains water, (and reserve tanks) electricity and WIFI are pretty reliable although still vulnerable to bad weather. Outside security cameras cover just the front porch abd side entrance . The property is accessed via a flight of steps through the garden full of fruit trees. The parrots agouti and hummingbirds await......
