Great attention has gone into the home's artistic style. Recently renovated, this ground level apartment is in 'as new' pristine condition. Architecturally remodelled the space keeps many of its traditional terrace features, with tasteful modernisation, including - - Loads of natural light from glass skylights in the main living area - Quality furnishings and art throughout - Timber floors in main living and kitchen, with wool carpet in the bedroom - Ducted climate aircon throughout, ensures comfort on hot Sydney days and nights - including in bedroom - Full laundry including washing machine, dryer and tub (detergent supplied) - Induction cooking and cookware provided - Double integrated Dishdraw (dishwasher) - Filtered water & ice dispensing refrigerator - Marble bathroom, with underfloor heating and dual shower heads - including waterfall head - Access to wifi and Apple TV/Netflix on 50" smart LCD television - Private courtyard and outdoor table accessed via bi-fold doors - Separate home-office space, with built-in desk - Bedroom and living area separated by hallway - Queen size bed with new high-end, medium/firm latex mattress - All bedding and linen provided for your stay, including towels and beach towels No interaction necessary - keys are accessed via lock-box to let yourself in. I live in the property directly above the apartment, so I may bump into you at some stage. I will be contactable via phone and Airbnb messaging throughout your stay, should you need any assistance or local recommendations. Surry Hills is one of the city's most vibrant suburbs, with many of Sydney's major attractions just a walk away. Cafes, bars, restaurants, and a mini supermarket and liquor store are all within 150 metres. Please note that I live directly above the apartment, so just a friendly reminder that this is not a party or event rental.

Ferry to Barangaroo at bottom of road, buses, lightrail to fish markets, casino, Darling Harbour, markets, Central. Universities close. Friendly neighbours, parrots, possum, kookaburras. Happy dog, owner onsite.

My “small” one bedroom apartment is centrally located to every area of the inner city, sprinkled with cafes, parks, bars and restaurants. This 1930's art deco building has a lift and an amazing rooftop terrace with pool and fantastic views of Sydney harbour. If you have an early flight you’re welcome to drop off your luggage earlier and make use of the shower and bathroom in my massage studio next door in 502. This service is also available for luggage storage after check out.
