This cozy apartment is a quiet, little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Calgary. It’s a carefully-considered space with modern furnishings, hardwood floors, and a south-facing balcony with ample natural light.
You'll get to stay in one of Calgary's hottest neighbourhoods, 4th street/Mission/Cliff Bungalow, with a walking score of 95 (yes, you read that correctly!) Anything you need is just a few steps away from your home away from home. 17th ave is just around the corner and it's and within walking distance to the downtown core.
Nearby amenities include shopping, groceries, a doctors office, nail salon, hair salon, barber, dentists, optometrists, banking, coffee shops, and the best restaurants in the city. Want to work up a sweat? The Elbow river path system is just down the street. You’ll find yourself connected to one of the most extensive urban pathway and bikeway networks in North America, which makes for endless opportunities to run or go for a beautiful nature walk! If the outdoors aren’t your thing, you can find a yoga studio, spin studio, and a barre studio down the street; Repsol Sport Centre and Goodlife Fitness are also a 10-15 minute walk away.

Across the street from your flat is Shokunin, Chef Darren Maclean's acclaimed restaurant from Netflix's The Final Table. The 4th street-Mission-Cliff Bungalow area is one of Calgary's most vibrant neighbourhoods. Cafes, restaurants, galleries, business services, yoga and exercise studios - what’s not to love? This amazing neighbourhood has it all.
Seven major busses serve Urban Street within a one minute walk. The C-Train is a twelve minute walk. The Stampede is fifteen minutes by foot, 4 by car.
1. No smoking in the unit or balcony or building. This includes e-cigarettes, vapes etc. See House Rules for additional costs for smoking.
2. No partying in the unit. This is a shared building, noise violations are in effect at all times. Urban Street is in the heart of the action, please enjoy but leave the party outside!
3. Please turn off all the lights before you leave the apartment
4. If you lose the key or key fob, there will be a $100 charge to replace it.
5. Pets - we love pets and all animals but unfortunately can not host pets in the apartment. The building, however, does accept pets, so you may meet puppies in the elevator or the halls.
6. The apartment has a small Euro-type washer/dryer. If you require a larger/faster wash and dry the building has commercial pay machines.
